The client is a well known TV channel in South Africa.
For the time period 52% were return visits.
(For a longer time period it is much the same split)
My other surveys historically showed a much lower response rate

Yes, there is. We drop a persistent, 30-day cookie for any user who has seen the invitation to ensure that no repeat solicitations are served for at least one month.
